If you were a registered shareholder of GoviEx Shares holding GoviEx Shares in certificated form or in DRS form, you are encouraged to complete and return the attached Letter of Transmittal (the “Letter of Transmittal”), together with the certificate(s) or DRS Advice(s) representing your GoviEx Shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc., at the address specified on the last page of the Letter of Transmittal. The Letter of Transmittal contains other procedural information relating to the Arrangement and should also be reviewed carefully. It is recommended that you complete, sign and return the Letter of Transmittal together with the certificate(s) or DRS Advice(s) representing your GoviEx Shares as soon as possible.

If you were a beneficial shareholder of GoviEx Shares, you do not need to complete a Letter of Transmittal. Please contact your broker/ Intermediary for instructions and assistance in depositing your GoviEx Shares with the depository, Computershare Investor Services Inc (Canada).
